Relax and enjoy this tranquil setting listening and seeing the many varied birds in and around the garden. Their songs are harmonized with the soothing sound of the river rippling gently down stream.

Our renovated cottage has its own private fenced gardens and is situated in the tranquil village of Louin, alongside the river Thouet. Located in Deux-Sevres, South West France it benefits from the tropical weather known to this area. The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people in three separate rooms.

 

Fish from our private grounds with the weir just a cast away. Enjoy catching "Wild " Carp of 30lbs and more, Pike, Bream, Perch, Zander, Roach, plus Trout when in season, also relish the thrill of battling with a big catfish.

A 14 foot fibre glass boat is available for use at no extra cost.
